Hollywood Crisis PR
The Hollywood Writers Strike has been going for over four months and Actors have been on strike for almost two months. The Hollywood Studios have hired Crisis PR agents. And today Warner Bros reports the strikes will have a $300-500 million hit to their 2023 earnings.
Sounds like time for a rude awakening.

Writers Strike
Without the writers, there’s nothing good to watch. They deserve to share in the success.
TV Bundle Licensing Fees
Any schadenfreude about Fox News’s huge payout to Dominion is tempered by the knowledge that anyone using a cable, satellite, or streaming live tv bundle is almost certainly paying licensing fees to Fox News, whether you want their channel or not.
Comfort TV
What happened to people that made them turn to Fox News and its constant outrage as their form of comfort TV?
Movie Time?
A movie just feels like such a long commitment.
Book of Boba Fett
I hate to say it, but The Book of Boba Fett is not good. They grossly overestimated how much I want to see of Tusken Raider culture, and grossly underestimated how much crime world stuff the crime lord show should have. This show needs to be a lot more Sopranos, less Dances With Wolves. The attempt to make the ruthless, mercenary bounty hunter into a nice guy seems… wrong. And this latest episode featured the lamest speeder chase ever.
As a lifelong Star Wars fan, I admit I’ll continue to watch the rest to see where it goes. But this is me going on the Internet within minutes, registering my disgust throughout the world.
